I would like to thank CFS sincerely for the care, professionalism, and kindness they showed our family in arranging my Grampy’s funeral.

From start to finish, everything was handled with great sensitivity and respect, which made a very difficult time much easier for us to navigate. CFS, particularly Ellie's guidance, patience, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for the compassion they showed us throughout the process. We will always appreciate the dignity and care with which CFS helped us say goodbye.

CFS have been a family and friends favourite since the founder ran it decades ago - and his legacy lives on. Losing my father this summer was a stressful time. I live in Canada, and visited him. He happened to pass away while visiting (I think he waited for us to arrive?) and so a visit turned into a stressful time to arrange a funeral. Ellie introduced herself as the funeral director when she and her team picked up my father in the private ambulance - and the respect, care and guidance was truly phenomenal. This is not something I've had to do, and Ellie guided me through all that needed to be done, listened to my and my father's requests, and filled the gaps with no-pressure offer of services, options and everything we need: a webcast for family and friends across the UK to sick to travel, and worldwide for family all over the world. Their floral tributes included the traditional, and the more 'off the wall' options my father would appreciate. They arranged all the services, liaised with Thornhill Cemetary (who provide a beautiful venue, and great touches like visual tributes, music and even water and kleenex with your order of service). CFS went above and beyond, and when I had to return to Canada in the intervening period between my father passing and returning for the funeral, we managed to arrange the whole thing remotely, and with very little fuss or confusion - and the day itself was professional, respectful, complete and, in a way, a joyous celebration of a life well lived. We arranged an expedited collection of remains to ensure we could scatter my fathers ashes to a restricted timeline. Ellie and the team did us proud, and I can recommend this group of caring professionals to help you get whatever you need for your loved one. Truly, thank you - for making a difficult time so easy to navigate. We are pre-paid for when the time comes for my mother.

Today we laid my beautiful sister in law to rest at the early age of 41. To say Caerphilly funeral services went above and beyond is an understatement, every detail was done with utter care, respect and perfection. Traderlee, Ellie and all other members of staff have been nothing but professional from start to finish and were dressed immaculately. You could see how much they cared and wanted her to have the send off she so well deserved just as much as we all did. It really made the day easier for all the family and friends that attended today. On behalf of all the family and friends that attended today I want to say a massive thank you and well done for your professionalism, care and the love that was shown by you all today.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Dan who greeted me when I arrived to say goodbye to my beautiful friend Zoe, - Zo Zo I always called her. It’s not easy to say goodbye to a loved one, and even harder when so young like beautiful Zoe ❤️
As well as being very professional Dan was kind, caring and patient. He sat and chatted to me when I arrived and was even a shoulder to cry on before I left, and also made an effort to say hello and ask me if I was ok at Thornhill - on the day we said our final goodbye to our beautiful, funny, smiley girl 💛💛💛
It’s hard to put this bit into words - but when it’s my time to leave and join my Zo Zo, I would want You at Park Avenue to look after me like you looked after and cared for my lovely friend. You will be the only one I’d come to if I lost a loved one.
