My family have used CFS three times, most recently for my dads funeral. We can't thank you enough for the excellent service Ellie and the team provided from the start to the finish. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the care, compassion and support provided to us and ensuring my dad's send off was handled with the utmost dignity. X

Excellent, Exceptional service from start to finish from Ellie & James on behalf of me and all my family for conducting a wonderful funeral for my late Mother.

This can never be a job that’s easy for you with every families little issues at a time like this but throughout from the start Ellie was so respectful, lovely and supportive and when the actual funeral was handed over to James both my Mother and us a family were given exceptional care from start to finish and my beautiful Mother had the send off she deserved. Leigh who drove my Mothers hearse on the day was so warm and friendly.

Thank you all from the bottom of all our hearts for making this awful time a little bit easier for us with your excellent compassionate service.

I cannot recommend Caerphilly Funeral Services highly enough. From start to finish, the care, compassion and professionalism we received was exceptional.
Ellie and Geraint in particular were absolutely wonderful. At such a difficult and emotional time, they made everything feel that little bit easier. They were incredibly caring, understanding and accommodating, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Every detail was handled with sensitivity, dignity and genuine kindness, and we felt completely supported throughout the whole process. Their professionalism, combined with such a warm and personal approach, meant so much to us.
Thank you, Ellie and Geraint, for going above and beyond and for helping us through such a difficult time with so much care and compassion. We will always be incredibly grateful. ❤️

We have used CFS several times over the years, for both our parents and our nan. The service we have received each time has been absolutely outstanding, respectful and professional. All staff were caring and considerate and all our requests were accommodated. We highly recommend CFS in your time of need.

Ellie our funeradirector was superb. A great asset to CFS. Nothing was too much trouble. Ellie did everything we requested. Took her time to make sure we were happy with our decisions, guided us if we needed guidance. Empathetic and professional all the way from our first meeting to our last. Lovey person to deal with.

On behalf of my mum and myself. I would like to thank CFS Especially Ellie for the Gracious, Respectful way she dealt with my beloved fathers funeral. So caring, towards our needs and wishes for my father, while also supporting and guiding us, with some very difficult decisions, at such a heartbreaking time.
